The delivery method
The products will be shipped within 48 working hours once payment has been received in Colissimo Expert de La Poste (sending against signature) or DHL Express for any order placed from Monday to Friday before 12 noon (The reference time is that of Pointe à Pitre in Guadeloupe), to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, provided that it is located in Metropolitan France or in the DOM TOM.
In case of error of wording, SEBASTIANO can in no way be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the ordered item(s).
The packages will be shipped by DHL EXPRESS delivered against the signature of the customer.
Advice during your order
Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order.
We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. Indeed we can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.
The Date of delivery
The indicative delivery times for the available items are from D+2 to D+5 (working days), from the shipment of the package, except in case of force majeure. These deadlines are those announced by DHL.
SEBASTIANO declines all responsibility in the event of too long a delivery time due to postal services or means of transport, as well as in the event of loss of the products ordered or strike.
In case of prolonged delay of delivery, the customer is invited to report it as soon as possible to sebastiano's customer service, indicating the references of the order. SEBASTIANO will then contact the services of the DHL in order to open an investigation:
• If the package is found, it will be sent to the customer: the delivery procedure then following its normal course,
• If the package is declared lost, customer service will notify the customer. SEBASTIANO undertakes to refund the lost package.
